Game Recap

Ray Allen scored 25 points and Terrell Brandon had 15 points and a career-high 15 assists as the Milwaukee Bucks handed the Toronto Raptors their 11th straight loss, 107-100, to sweep their home-and-home series.

Elliot Perry scored 20 points, making 8-of-10 shots from the floor in 21 minutes off the bench for Milwaukee, which shot 53 percent (41-for-78).

"Elliott was in that zone," said Milwaukee coach Chris Ford. "He really bailed us out and it seemed he never missed. In the absence of Brandon he has a done a good job."

Ervin Johnson also scored 15 points and Michael Curry added 14 for the Bucks, who took Tuesday's game, 114-105, and have won five of their last six. Armon Gilliam recorded 10 points and nine rebounds for the Bucks, who outrebounded the Raptors, 47-39.

Gray Trent had 24 points and eight rebounds and Oliver Miller came off the bench to contribute 19 points and seven boards for the Raptors, who have not won since defeating the Denver Nuggets, 104-103, in overtime on March 19th.

"The guys basically worked hard enough to lose by the margin they lost by," said Toronto coach Butch Carter. "They don't think it boils down to one or two possessions, but it ends up being one or two possessions. As a whole the backcourt has played great. Tonight they struggled."

Toronto (15-61) matched the franchise record for losses, set in 1995-96.

Chauncey Billups, who had seven points, a career-high nine rebounds and six assists, made an layup to spark a 7-0 burst and pull the Raptors within 102-94 with 1:47 left. Billups sank an 18-footer to cap the burst and make it 102-100 with 41 seconds to play.

Curry, who made 6-of-8 shots from the field, hit a 12-footer for a 104-100 advantage with 28 seconds remaining. The Raptors had a chance to close within a point but Billups' three-pointer hit off the rim and over the backboard with 15 seconds left. One second later, Gilliam converted two free throws for a 106-100 lead. Perry made one free throw with nine seconds left for the final margin.

"I felt pretty good and the ball was coming off my hand well," Perry said. "Coach and my teammates were encouraging me to shoot the ball. It kept going and going. I made four in row and if I missed one I wasn't going to worry. They're one of those teams that can do that. They got a couple of three's and cut a 10-point lead to two in a less than a minute."

Johnson scored nine points and Allen added eight in the first period as the Bucks held a 27-19 lead. Milwaukee's biggest lead was 27-15 when Allen made a three-pointer with 58 seconds left in the first.

Toronto outscored Milwaukee, 20-14, in the final seven minutes of the second period and trailed, 49-46, at halftime.

The Raptors took their first lead of the game when Tracy McGrady hit a 23-footer with 10:40 left in the third. Trent drove for a layup to give Toronto it's last lead, 53-52, with 9:25 left in the third. Brandon's layup gave the Bucks the lead for good, 54-52, and sparked a 13-2 surge. Brandon had six points in the run that Allen capped with a jumper for a 65-55 lead with 5:45 left.
