Game StoryORLANDO, Florida (Ticker) -- The Milwaukee Bucks hope they finally are building some momentum. Ray Allen and Sam Cassell combined for 21 of Milwaukee's 34 points in the fourth quarter as the Bucks posted a 108-103 victory over the Orlando Magic, giving them consecutive wins for the first time in six weeks. Allen overcame an ankle injury to finish with 35 points and Cassell added 19 for Milwaukee, which improved to just 4-10 on the road. "I have an arthritic pain in my ankles," Allen said. "The right one, I already had it in there, but the left one's starting to act up. It feels like my ankles are just locking up." Playing without high-scoring forward Tracy McGrady, who missed his second straight game with a sore back, Orlando took its final lead, 91-90, on a pair of free throws by Grant Hill with 4:11 left. But Michael Redd's 3-pointer 17 seconds later ignited a 7-0 spurt. Cassell and Redd each made a pair from the line to put the Bucks in front, 97-91, with 2:48 remaining. Redd added 20 points and 11 rebounds for Milwaukee, which has won the first two meetings of the season with Orlando after dropping 11 of the previous 12. "I just thought we did a lot of good things, but we also still have some stupid things that we got to clean up and I think we'll be a better team," Bucks coach George Karl said. "We're still not playing the brighest game down the stretch." Mike Miller scored 29 points and Hill had 27 for the Magic, who had a two-game winning streak snapped. With Orlando trailing, 97-95, Miller had his shot blocked by Cassell as he drove the lane. Magic coach Doc Rivers thought a foul should have been called. "That was a tough loss for us," Rivers said. "I thought our guys played with tremendous passion tonight. I thought they played extremely hard. Things didn't go our way. I'm not going to get into the officiating, but I definitely thought Mike Miller was fouled on that drive." "I think he went straight to the rim and I got in front of him," Cassell said. "I got a piece of it." It turned out to be a big play as Allen hit a 3-pointer at the other end to make it 100-95 with 1:27 to play. "That was a five-point swing," Rivers said. "But bottom line, we can't give up 108 points. I thought we played hard defense. I didn't know if at times we played the smartest defense." The contest was close throughout, with neither team leading by more than nine points. Milwaukee was ahead 55-52 at intermission before Orlando took a 76-74 edge into the final period. "In the fourth quarter, we did a good job of increasing and maintaining that pressure on guys like (Pat) Garrity and Miller," Cassell said. Anthony Mason scored a season-high 18 points for the Bucks, who shot 45 percent from the field (35-of-78), including 7-of-19 from 3-point range. Darrell Armstrong had 18 points for the Magic while Shawn Kemp added 10 and a season-high 14 rebounds. Orlando attempted 99 shots, 21 more than Milwaukee, but made just 38. The Bucks feasted at the foul line, making 31-of-36 compared to just 21-of-31 for the Magic.
