Game StoryCHICAGO (Ticker) -- As soon as Rasheed Wallace found his rhythm, the Detroit Pistons were on their way to another win over the Chicago Bulls. Wallace scored 13 of his 15 points in the second half as the Pistons extended their winning streak over the Bulls to eight games with a 107-88 victory. Although Richard Hamilton led Detroit with 21 points, Wallace was instrumental in putting away the Bulls. Playing in his fourth game since being acquired in Thursday's three-way deal with Boston and Atlanta, Wallace had just two points in the first half as Detroit took a 51-43 lead. But Wallace got going in the second half and scored nine points in a span of just over four minutes as the Pistons built an 84-71 advantage through 36 minutes. "He played great," Detroit coach Larry Brown said. "He made passes that I have not seen many big guys make when he hit Tayshaun (Prince) in the corner. With him and Ben (Wallace), we have length and athleticism. He runs on the break, he's a quality player." Despite getting limited practice, Wallace looked comfortable in this one. The 6-11 forward scored 10 points in Monday's win at Philadelphia but made 6-of-13 shots in 24 minutes after overcoming early foul trouble. "With each game I feel more and more comfortable out there and I'm starting to find out what guys like, whether it's backdoor cuts or dribble handoffs and things like that," Wallace said. "I'm starting to get comfortable. I'm not there yet, but it's a heck of a lot better than when I first got here. I've just had to wing it. But that's just part of it." Eddy Curry scored 19 points before fouling out for Chicago, which fell to 2-21 in its last 23 games vs. Detroit. Curry fouled out with 8:43 remaining and Detroit leading by 16 points. As soon as Curry departed, Wallace sealed the win with a mid-range jumper and a highlight-reel alley-oop dunk off a feed from Prince that increased the lead to 93-73. "He can go inside or out, he finds people on pick-and-rolls," Prince said. "We really got him involved in the offense where he can make plays. He made plays shooting and passing." Wallace's game was part of a big night by Detroit's frontcourt. Prince, Wallace, Ben Wallace, reserves Corliss Williamson and Elden Campbell combined for 58 points and 28 rebounds. "He's an All-Star," Chicago forward Jerome Williams said. "It won't take him long to jell with that team. I think you're looking at the Eastern Conference champions if that happens." Wallace's best game with his new team gave Detroit just its third win in 11 games and pushed the Bulls (16-41) closer to a sixth straight losing season. "It's tough," Curry said. "We had too many lapses. It's tough to bounce back against a team like Detroit. It's a deep team and we can't play defense like that and expect to win."
