Game StoryOAKLAND, California (Ticker) -- Mike Dunleavy Jr. and Jason Richardson did just enough to offset the Toronto Raptors' bench. Dunleavy scored a season-high 29 points and Richardson added a season-best 35 as the Golden State Warriors extended their winning streak to four games with a 111-105 victory over the Raptors. "We've been playing great basketball for almost a month," Richardson said. "It's starting to translate into wins and a winning streak. It makes everything a little bit better, makes you want to work harder and want to win more games. It makes your job a lot easier when you win." Reserve Jalen Rose scored 23 points and fellow backup Donyell Marshall had 13 and 12 rebounds as Toronto held a 50-2 advantage off the bench. "I feel that's a little misleading because we've got an experienced bench that would be starting in a ton of situations," Rose said. "You've got to play with the opportunity you're given." Another reason for the disparity was that Derek Fisher was forced into the starting lineup with Speedy Claxton unavailable with a strained left groin. Fisher, who scored 17 points, recently returned from a sprained right knee. "We're shorthanded at point guard," Richardson said. "Derek did a good job for only his second or third game back and he played a lot of minutes and we just dug in there and played really hard." The Raptors made just 24 percent (4-of-17) of their 3-pointers through three quarters, but Rose and Marshall combined to hit Toronto's first three of the final period. Morris Peterson added a fourth 3-pointer to give the Raptors a 96-91 edge with 5:39 left. Richardson made a layup before Dunleavy hit a 3-pointer to even the score 40 seconds later. The teams traded the lead until Dunleavy took the game over, banking in a runner to make it 105-103 with 37 seconds remaining and getting a piece of Peterson's shot on the other end, forcing Toronto to foul. "I was thinking, go to the basket and make something happen and nobody really stepped up till the last second," Dunleavy said about his go-ahead basket. "I tried to get the ball over the defender's stretch. He was trying to block the shot. I tried to put it up over his hand." Over his last seven games, Dunleavy had averaged just 6.4 points on 33 percent (19-of-58) shooting. "I'm not taking anything away from him, he'd been struggling," Toronto coach Sam Mitchell said. "He goes out and gets 29 points and Jason Richardson gets 35 points. We run defensive schemes, we play zone, but at a certain point, you've got to guard your man. You've got to take responsibility." "Mike Dunleavy played great," Warriors coach Mike Montgomery said. "He got us set early and he had a huge three coming off that sideline out of bounds play. Both he and Jason Richardson were great offensively tonight." Richardson and Fisher combined to hit six free throws down the stretch to seal the victory. Rafer Alston had 16 points and nine assists and rookie Rafael Araujo added 13 points for the Raptors, who lost their franchise-record 10th straight road game. "I can't justify it at all," Rose said of the streak. "There's no excuse to be said. I think we play a predominantly young team, especially with our starting unit and I think what happens especially on the road is that it's a different mind set. "When you're playing on the road, you're fighting through adversity. The home team is always going to make a run and guys are going to be a lot more confident."
