Game StoryLOS ANGELES (Ticker) -- Once Ray Allen gave the Seattle SuperSonics the lead, Vladimir Radmanovic kept the Los Angeles Lakers at bay. Allen scored 17 of his 25 points in the first half and Radmanovic sank a career-high eight 3-pointers as the SuperSonics posted a 104-93 victory over the Lakers. After Chucky Atkins' long jumper gave Los Angeles a 51-50 advantage with just over a minute left in the second period, Allen had five points and an assist as Seattle took the lead for good with a 7-0 run to make it 57-51 at the break. "Starting this game, they gave us a pretty good punch and all we could do was just sustain it, absorb the impact and try and get back in the game," Allen said. "Eventually, if we do what we are capable of doing and don't panic, the game will turn around." The Lakers, who were seeking their first three-game winning streak of the season, cut the deficit to 70-63 with 4:39 left in the third, but Rashard Lewis hit a pair of free throws at the other end and Radmanovic pushed the lead to 75-63 with a 3-pointer one minute later. Radmanovic added another shot from the arc to gave the Sonics an 83-68 lead at the end of the period and all but assured the victory with consecutive 3-pointers in the first two minutes of the fourth, pushing the lead to 17. "The rim looked a little bit bigger for me tonight," Radmanovic said. "Those guys didn't pay much attention to me and I just punished them." The 6-10 Radmanovic scored 26 points and Lewis contributed 21 on 9-of-23 shooting for Seattle, which entered the game first in the NBA in 3-point shooting at 38 percent. "(Radmanovic) had a great game," said Lakers forward Lamar Odom, who nearly had a triple-double with 19 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists. "With Radmanovic having a great shooting night but Lewis having a bad shooting night, I thought that gave us an opportunity to win the game." "We ran our offense basically the same way we always run it, but those guys just didn't cover me," Radmanovic said. "They gave us a lot of open shots and we knocked them down." The normally streaky Radmanovic has been remarkably consistent over his last five games, averaging 20.2 points and shooting 55 percent (22-of-40) from the arc. "In the last couple of games, he's just been unbelievable coming off the bench," Seattle coach Nate McMillan said. "His stroke is there and he's making good decisions with the ball. He's one guy we felt we needed to be consistent just as Rashard Lewis and Ray Allen." Reserve Luke Walton contributed a career-high 19 points in 19 minutes for the Lakers, who lost for the ninth time this season after a two-game winning streak. "I got a lot of good looks," Walton said. "The shot was going good. I have fresh legs from not getting a lot of minutes this year and I was ready to go. But we lost, so it is kind of one of those things where it does not matter when you lose."
